Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (OJ EUL 119, p. 1) (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we inform that:
1) the administrator of the CCTV Surveillance System is the Police Academy (APwSz) in Szczytno, whose registered office is at ul. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 111, 12-100 Szczytno,

- the Data Protection Inspector should be contacted only for matters regarding your personal data being processed by the Police Academy in Szczytno,
3) your personal data from the CCTV Surveillance System will be processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary to ensure the security of persons and property located on the premises of the Police Academy, as well as to protect the property and land belonging to the Academy,
4) personal data from the CCTV Surveillance System is processed because WSPol has a legitimate interest in doing so, referred to in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
5) personal data processed in the CCTV Surveillance System may be received by entities authorised to obtain such data pursuant to separate legal regulations,
6) the CCTV Surveillance System stores personal data (footage) for the period of 21 days,
7) you have the right to request the administrator to allow you access to your personal data, to erase the data or limit its processing, as well as to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds related to your particular situation,
8) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00 - 193 Warsaw).
